How long will my order take?

All items are made to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping. I'm running everything myself while also studying, so thanks for your patience!

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. I don’t accept returns or exchanges, so please make sure everything is correct before you check out. The only exceptions are if the mistakes or errors are from my end of the sale.

 

What if my order is damaged or lost?

Once your order has been dispatched, I’m not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping. If this happens, please contact the delivery service directly.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because everything is made to order, I can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after the order is placed.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

 

Are items preorder only?

Yes, all items are available exclusively as preorders. Each release is produced in limited quantities and will only be available for a short time. Once a preorder window closes, that item will not be restocked or released again.
